An inter-ministerial meeting decided that SSGC should hand over required PSM land to the new LNG terminal developers.
ISLAMABAD: Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) Chairman Masroor Khan has emphasised that virtual liquefied natural gas (LNG) pipeline projects will play a pivotal role in meeting Pakistan’s energy needs.
“Although their contribution to the overall energy mix may be relatively small, their significance lies in providing natural gas to areas currently unconnected to the national pipeline grid, ensuring continuous supply,” he said.
